Sonae also has an Ombudsman, who is available to employees and the general public.
The Ombudsman functions as an entity which complements the suggestions and complaints procedures. His/her function is to investigate in a timely fashion, claims, complaints and suggestions made by customers, suppliers and employees of the company.
