To integrate the FASHION E-COMMERCE Team, in Maia, we are looking for:




Key Responsibilities:


Drive and coordinate the integration of digital strategy with the campaign calendar and across all online marketing channels (adwords, organic search, email, social media, affiliate marketing, etc.);

Responsible for growing inbound leads, by attracting and converting targeted website traffic through digital channels;

Designing and implementing an email lead lifecycle;

Manages and tracks our paid marketing performance across all channels including SEM, Facebook, re-marketing, and display ads;

Researches and tests partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach and/or lower our cost-per-acquisition

Responsible for all the Online Business Analysis and Reporting: manage and conduct online analytics and metrics to improve sales, conversion rates and overall profitability of the websites; 

Dive into the customer journey understand the interaction points and analyze their influence/impact to conversion;

Constantly explore new ways to improve the journey across all touchpoints: email, product console, push notification, landing pages;

Build and launch campaigns to optimize all stages of the customer journey using range of marketing automation and analytics platforms;

Implement Organic Search initiatives to effectively grow traffic in major search engine:

Responsible for Customer Lifetime Management - Acquisition & Retention and Online BD analysis;

Web projects management: establishes web project scope and coordinate it with IT team;

Collaborate across different teams marketing, BI, IT, UX, creative agency, customer support.



At least two years of experience;

Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing, Management, or similar areas;

Proven experience building and launching B2C online marketing campaigns;

Hands-on experience with online marketing tools such as A/B Testing tools, Google Analytics, Retargeting tools;

Strong Google analytics Skills and advanced MS Excel;

Excellent analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills;

Project management skills, with proven ability in juggling multiple deadlines and gaining alignment across multiple stakeholders;

An enthusiastic and proactive attitude;

Be agile and adaptable in a rapidly growing, constantly changing environment;

Experience with Magento e-commerce platform is a plus;

Strong English skills and Spanish is a plus;

Experience within a fashion brand is a plus.
