HR Product Owner (m/f)

Integrated in Worten Tech Team, and reporting to the HR Practice Lead, our HR Product Owner will be responsible for:

  • Identification of key initiatives and strategic roadmap definition;
  • Define strategy development and planning process;
  • Conduct research, study and benchmarking as necessary to help develop, test and refine ideas;
  • Manage the product roadmap to identify priorities between features/projects and to prepare next sprints with technical teams;
  • Define functional and high level technical specifications for technical teams to develop – typically involving user stories, use cases, workflows, wireframes, etc.;
  • Identify KPIs for success of new product and report regularly on relevant KPIs;
  • Work with HR and IT teams to develop and validate features;
  • Study and benchmark of HR best practices to improve internal processes and relation with 3rd parties.

 

As a Product Owner, is important that you have:

  • Previous experience (+ 3 years) as a product manager, product owner or business analysis in IT projects environment;
  • Experience with HRIS and platforms (e.g.: SAP, Success Factors, Workday, Sage, PHC, etc.)
  • High knowledge in HR processes and IT solutions;
  • Previous experience (+ 3 years) as a product manager, product owner or business analysis in IT projects environment;
  • Worked within an agile development environment. Certified training as a product owner in SCRUM is a plus;
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Good level of English, spoken and written;
  • Excellent teamwork and influencing skills;
  • Able and willing to travel when necessary.
