    Develop a platform that is a new touchpoint between the brand and its customers and acts as a customer gravity generator. Additionally, it must promote the alignment and interconnection of all contact points, thereby helping to build an Omni-Channel strategy.
  • Implementation
    A point system was created in the app Every Zone, where any activity performed on the platform is rewarded with the attribution of points. These points can be exchanged for discounts, products, events, services and experiences, which are displayed in a catalogue at https://everyzone.sportzone.pt/pontos. The app is available on Apple Store and Google Store.
