  • Implementation
    Development of the Exchange Experience, an immersion program with other companies (retailers or not) designed to learn and share. The program with SPAR Austria started in April 2015 when our franchising team spent time at their premises, and finished in February 2016, when Sonae MC welcomed SPAR Austria to share our expertise in the areas of Ecommerce, Logistics and Continuous Improvement.
