Retail is constantly facing new challenges such as the growth of the online market, changes in consumer behaviour, more informed and demanding consumers, and many more. It is imperative to listen to the consumer’s opinion and take it into consideration so that new ideas and different perspectives are brought to the table.
An intensive programme of ideation and entrepreneurship was created. The participants faced several retail-related challenges using the Fast Ideation methodology by Fábrica de StartUps and were mentored by Sonae, NOS and Deloitte. Participants talked to consumers, participated in the challenges and explored all the different ideas and solutions.
