    The need to increase the quality of customers’ data stored in the database, reducing the risk of incomplete and wrong information.

    The purpose of this project is to draw the attention of the customers of the Continente Card’s loyalty programme to the need to update their contact details across all the different support channels.

    Customers that updated their contact information in the first month (comparing June 2015 and May 2015)
