Well’s has improved their customer service through the sale of products in Continente Online. Initially, the online presence relied on a range of 1000 products composed by dermo-cosmetics, dietary supplements, childcare, optical and basic health products. Throughout the year it was broadened by adding Well’s orthopaedic products, via the development of a specific sales website. With over 400 products in this category, new customer services were developed and sales for the brands increased. This initiative resulted in an additional sales volume in the first quarter of 2012 and led to an increase in reputation of the Well’s brand.
